Asbestos

Depending on the insurer that issued the policy and the date the policy was issued, certain asbestos liability claims are handled by Resolute Management under policies underwritten by American Centennial Insurance Company, Atlantic International Insurance Company, AIG, the CNA Underwriting Companies, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, certain London Companies (including Aviva, NRG, Nissan, Scottish Lion, Yasuda, and Winterthur), One Beacon Insurance Group (NKA Armour Risk ), Republic Insurance Company, Sphere Insurance Company, Stonewall Insurance Company (NKA Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company), Virginia Surety Company, and Utica Mutual Insurance Company.

To the extent you wish to report a claim under a policy that you know is handled by Resolute Management but does not involve a company in the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, you may do so by e-mailing Claimreporting@resolutemgmt.com

For reporting claims associated with a policy underwritten by a company in the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, you may do so by e-mailing

Pollution and Other Long-Term Exposure

Depending on the insurer that issued the policy and the date the policy was issued, certain hazardous waste and other long term exposure liability claims are handled by Resolute Management for the above-listed companies or company groups, except AIG. To the extent you wish to report a hazardous waste or other long term exposure claim under a policy that you know is handled by Resolute Management but does not involve a company in the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, you may do so by e-mailing Claimreporting@resolutemgmt.com

For reporting claims associated with a policy underwritten by a company in the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, you may do so by e-mailing
